Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 whole raw chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 cups grated sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 cup finely diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Pistachio Cake III

A green tube cake made by altering a cake mix with pistachio pudding and green food coloring
- 1 package (18 1/4 ounce) yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounce) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 7 drops green food coloring
Momofuku's Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies

I am going to warn you: these cookies are very involved
- Ingredients:
- 2 sticks (equals 1 cup or 16 tbsp. or 8 oz.) unsalted butter, room temperature (Must be full fat! Don't try to substitute here)
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 cups Cornflake Crunch
- 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Slow Cooker Beef and Barley Soup

Let’s start by coating your beef pieces with our flour mixture then place into a hot pan
- 1 pound stewing beef
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups sliced carrots, peeled
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced and chopped
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 small jalapeno (optional)
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme leaves
- 64 ounces reduced sodium beef broth
- 8.8 ounces barley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Angel Hair Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes

- 8 oz. sun dried tomatoes, marinated in olive oil and herbs
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

- 4 ounces unsalted butter, with a bit extra for greasing pie plate
- 1 1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate (1.5 ounces)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup AP flour (that is “all-purpose” for those of you not yet hip to food jive…)

- 1 1 1 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and dried

- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
