Lemon Icebox Pie

- 14 whole graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and still warm
- 2 (14-ounce) cans condensed milk
- 1 1/4 cups strained lemon juice (from the 2 zested lemons below plus an additional 46)
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 8 large egg yolks
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Panko-Crusted Pork Chops With Roasted Broccoli Rabe

Directions Heat oven to 450° F with the racks in the upper and lower thirds
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick; about 2 1/2 pounds total)
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe (or 2 bunches broccolini), thick stems trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed9

Balsamic Pot Roast With Onions and Mushrooms

- 1/2 ounce (about 1/2 cup) dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 14 1/2-ounce can beef broth
- 1 4- to 5-pound boneless chuck roast, neatly tied*
- 3 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 large yellow onions, cut into eighths
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, cut in half (quartered if large)

- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 3 plum tomatoes, quartered lengthwise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 10 ounces cremini mushrooms, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
Beef Stroganoff Stir-Fry
