Pork Stir Fry with Green Onion

1 Pork chops tend to come in thicknesses either around 1/2 inch thick or an inch thick
- 1 pound pork loin or boneless pork chops
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 4 Tbsp peanut oil or other high smoke point oil (canola, rice bran, or grape seed)
- 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 8-12 scallions/green onions, sliced diagonally into 1 to 2-inch pieces, green and white parts included
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Torte Step 1 Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) Challenge Butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Creamy Italian Chicken & Pasta Skillet

In a large skillet set to medium-high heat, add dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. (2) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 (8 oz. each) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked whole grain pasta (or 4 cups cooked)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil
Family Favorite Buffalo Tenders

In medium bowl, mix chicken and wing sauce
- 1 package (14 oz) uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup Progresso® plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- Additional Buffalo wing sauce, if desired

Jalapeno Poppers

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 16 fat jalapeno chiles
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 red Fresno chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic, grated or pasted
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 3/4 panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- All-natural cooking spray

- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (less if you don't want them spicy)
- flaky salt and lemon zest to garnish
French Onion Soup Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Plus More For Buttering Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Medium Yellow Onions, Sliced 1/4 Of An Inch Thick
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 3 Tablespoons Beer (beef Stock Or White Wine Can Be Substituted)
- 4 slices Sourdough Bread
- 1/2 cups Grated Apple Smoked Gruyere Cheese (or More If Desired)
