White Chocolate-Cream Cheese Frosting

Melt chocolate in a heavy sauce or better to melt it in a double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly
- 1 (4 oz) bar white chocolate (Ghirardelli - Food world)
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese softened
- 1 (3 oz) package of cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine softened.
- 6 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 t vanilla extract
No Peak Chicken

Spray 9 X 13 pan well. Place thighs in bottom of pan
- Chicken thighs (can be skinless or not)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 2 cups minute rice
Baked Parmesan Chicken

Melt butter in a bowl. Crush crackers and stir in parmesan cheese and garlic powder
- 6-8 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 tube of Ritz crackers
- 1 tube of Saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 t garlic powder
- (Optional)
- 1 cup of pecans
- 1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz sour cream
Pecans, Roasted

Put pecans in skillet with margarine
- 1 quart of pecans
- 1 stick margarine
- Salt
Parmesan Corn Chowder

In a large pot or Dutch oven, stir together 2 cups of water, potato, carrot, celery, onion and pepper
- 2 cups of chopped peeled potato
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup freshly hydrated Parmesan Cheese ( 3 oz grated)
- 1 (17 oz) cream style corn (Try frozen cream corn)
- Optional: Crumbled bacon
Chicken Ball

Mix together and form into a ball
- Large can chunk white chicken
- Less than 1 packet dry ranch dressing (between 3/4 and 1 packet)
- 8 oz block of cream cheese
Chocolate Chip Cookie

Combine crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl
- 3/4 c butter flavor crisco
- 1 1/4 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 t salt
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1 1/2 c chocolate chips
Chicken and Dumplings

Bring at least 6 cups water to a boil; add chicken, reduce to simmer until chicken is done
- 4 c self rising flour
- Shortening (about the size of a small egg)
- 1 1/4 cup hot sink water
- Cooked chicken (save the broth)
- Butter for seasoning (if needed)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Cookes 'n Cream Fudge

Line an 8 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; coat with nonstick cooking spray
- 20 oreos, broken into chunks, divided
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 T margarine
- 2 2/3 c vanilla chips
- 1 t vanilla extract
Braised Chicken Thighs Dinner

Put onion in bottom of crock pot, then top with potatoes and carrots
- 1 onion, halved lengthwise and sliced
- 4 or more new potatoes, cut up
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 1/4 t salt, divided
- 1/2 t pepper, divided
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1 t paprika
- 6 bone-in, chicken thighs with skin
