Breakfast Casserole, Crock Pot

1. Spray crock pot and evenly spread hash browns at the bottom
- 1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 16 oz. roll sausage
- maple, sage or regular sausage.
- Salt and pepper
- 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
Cranberry Sauce - #

Rinse cranberries and pick out any that are damaged
- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water

Mix all ingredients in food processor to consistency desired
- 10 oz. sharpe or extra sharp grated cheese
- 10 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

East Apple Pie - Stouffers

PREHEAT oven to 425° F. PLACE 1 pastry in 9-inch pie plate
- 2 packages(12 oz.) STOUFFER'S Harvest Apples, defrosted according to package directions
- 1 (9-in.) refrigerated double crust pie pastry
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons milk

- 40 squares of graham crackers (crushed)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine (melted)

- 10 1/2 oz. large marshmallows (40 marshmallows)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 - 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
- 12-oz. Container of fat-free Cool Whip

- 3 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/3 c cocoa powder
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c plus 2 oz. buttermilk

- 1 1/2 cups (7 1/2 oz.) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces bulk breakfast sausage (hot or regular to your taste)
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup) I used Cabot Sharp Vermont Cheddar
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Peanut Butter Cookie - Easiest Ever

Mix the 3 ingredients together
- 1 cup peanut butter (any brand)
- 1 cup white sugar
- + white sugar for dipping the fork in.
- 1 egg
