Turmeric Ginger Lemonade

- 4 Cups of water
- 1 Teaspoon tumeric powder (or prefereably a 3-inch snip fresh tumeric rot)
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder (or, preferably a 4 inch fresh ginger root)
- lemon slices, or the juice of a full lemon (to taste)
Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 3 even pats, divided

- 2 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese

- 1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot

Avocado slaw

Take yogurt in bowl. Add lime juice and honey, toss in a pinch of salt and whisk

- greek yogurt,
- fresh lime juice and zest,
- avocado,

- 12 oz. mini bowtie pasta
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 clove garlic
- 6 oz. fresh mozzarela
- 1 green onion
- 0.25 c. fresh parsley leaves
