  • 2 2 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 2 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 1 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 2 2 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 1 10 to 12 rib beef roast, 10 to 12 pounds

  • FOR THE RUB:
