Jiffy Biscuits

cut shorting into the flour then add sweet milk
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup sweet milk

- 6 oz chocolate chips

Bread Pudding

- 1 quart scalded milk
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Pumpkin Seeds

cook 200 until crispy. Stir during cooking a few times
- Pumpkin seeds washed and cleaned.
- cover with garlic powder, salt, G Washington seasoning.
- Stir and add melted butter and soy sauce.
- Use own judgement when seasoning...some like more, some less
