Boil macaroni, rinse and drain
- -Box of Macaroni & a little bit more
- -Block of cheese
- -Butter
- -Milk
- -Pepper
Rotini Salad

Cook rotini, mix rest
- 2 cups of rotini
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
Macaroni Salad

Boil Macaroni dice celery rinse macaroni until cold and add tuna, celery and garlic salt
- package of macaroni
- celery
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 can tuna
- mayonnaise
Mom's Stuffing

MIx together
- 1 cup of bread crumbs per ound
- 6 tsp of salt
- 2 tbs of savory
- 1 cup of celery
- 1 cup onions
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup butter
- *based on 10 lb turkey
- *use stale bread crumbs but not hard.
Blueberry Muffins

Mix first four ingredients together
- 2 cup flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 heaping cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 cup of berries
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
Rotini Salad

- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomatoe
- 1/3 ketchup
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
Chili

In a saucepan brown ground beef and onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 2 cans water
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 to 2 tbs brown sugar
- 19 oz. kidney beans
Banana Bread

Cook at 350 for one hour.
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 bananas
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Meatballs: Combine ingredients, form into meatballs
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb hambburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers
- 2 or 3 tbs milk
- 1 egg
- salt & pepper
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 15 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup green pepper
