Boil a large pot of salted water
- Ingredients
- Kosher salt
- 1 pound slender green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cherry Cobbler

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 6 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 2 cups plus 3 Tbsp flour
- 1/3 cup plus 6 Tbsp sugar

Mushroom Chowder

- 3 cups (1 pound) diced potatoes*
- 8 cups (64 ounces) chicken stock
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick, 2 ounces) butter
