Sweet Potato Gnudi with Sage Butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup finely shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, or more as needed
- 1/4 cup semolina flour, or as needed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 10 whole fresh sage leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, or to taste
Pot Roast in a Bag

You will need a nylon oven bag that can hold up to 8 pounds
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 (3 1/2- to 4-pound) boneless beef chuck-eye roast, trimmed
- 1 (8-pound-capacity) oven bag
- 1 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces

- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 boneless pork shoulder (2-1/2 lb.)

North Carolina Cheese Biscuits

- 8 ounces yellow sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (2 cups)
- 3 1/2 cups (17 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces and chilled, plus 2 tablespoons melted

No Cook Pizza Sauce

- 2 medium carrots, halved lengthwise and sliced crosswise into half-moons

- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 6 ounces each), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons small mint leaves

- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 –1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
