  • 1 2 oz anchovy fillets, drained, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons drained extra hot horseradish, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus extra for serving.
  • 1 1/2 cups croutons

  • 1 bottle medium-bodied Italian red wine
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 pound linguine
  • Fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pickles (optional)

  • Combine 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon celery seed. Makes about 1/3 cup.

In a large shallow dish, mix together all the ingredients except the pork tenderloins

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. crusehd bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. ground cardamom
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed of silver skin
  • Basting Sauce ( follows)
  • Honey Jalapeno Sauce ( follows)
  • Basting Sauce
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • In a small bowl, whick together all the ingredients.
  • Honey Jalapeno Sauce
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp.minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • In a blender or food processor, process all the ingredients until smooth
