Sesame Pork with Bok Choy

Weight Watchers
- Grated zest and juice of 1/2 orange
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 3/4 lb boneless center cut pork
- 2 cups shredded bok choy
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 scallions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp ginger
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 18 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Chili

Brown meet, and add rest of ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (browned)
- 28 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 onion
- 2 jalapenos(seeded)
- celery
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tbsp cumin
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
- 1-2 cans of corn
Cinnamon Buns

Dough: Heat milk, sugar and butter until butter is almost melted
- Dough:
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. quick rise yeast
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Filling:
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- Sticky Glaze
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- Alternate Glaze
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate Whipped Cream Icing

Whisk powdered sugar, cocoa, milk and cream of tartar in large bowl until smooth
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream
French Bread

Mix in order given, mixing the yeast with a little flour and adding that while dough is still very soft
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups hot tap water
- 4 1/2 - 5 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp instant yeast
Beef with Broccoli Stirfry

Fry steak strips, add rest of ingredients
- Steak cut into strips
- 1 tbsp oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 cups broccoli
- egg noodles
Unbaked Cookies

Cook sugar milk and butter for 3 minutes Add rest of ingredients and drop on waxed paper to harden
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
Homemade Crockpot Apple Butter

Peel and core the apples. Slice finely
- 5 1/2 lbs apples, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 cups sugar
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 sprinkle nutmeg

Reserve 1 cup flour. Mix remaining flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl
- Filling:
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tbsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1 egg lightly beaten to brush on loaf just before baking
