Zuppa Toscana

1. Sautee Italian sausage & crushed red pepper in pot
- 1 lb ground Italian Sausage
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 large diced white onion
- 4 Tbsp bacon pieces
- 2 tsp garlic puree
- 10 cups water
- 5 cups of chicken bouillon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large sliced red potatoes
- 1/4 of a bunch of kale
Fran's Awesome Potroast

cover roast with water & add everything but the corn slow cook 2-3 days add corn morning of eating roast
- 1 (2-3lb) english cut roast
- 2-3 packets Lipton onion soup mix
- 8 red potatoes, cubed
- 1-2 bags frozen corn
- baby carrots
- onion quartered
- salt & pepper
Humming Bird Nectar

coat 1 pound of nuts with 1st mixture & then 2nd mixture grease cookie sheet and spread nuts evenly bake @ 250 fo

- 1 tablespoon water
- mix these in diff bowl

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Ramen Noodles

mix vinegar, sugar, oil & noodle seasoning first break up noodles & mix everything together
- 16 oz shredded cole slaw
- 2 packages Ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup veggie oil
Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

melt butter in saucepan & mix in flour cook for 60 seconds & remove from heat whisk in milk return to heat mixing c
- 5 large peeled potatoes thinly sliced
- same amount of ham
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 cups milk
- salt & pepper
