400F Stir tog bran, flour, bs and bp
- 1 1/2 c bran
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 t bs
- 1 t bp
- 3/4 c skim milk
- 1/2 c molasses
- 2 T oil
- 1 egg, beaten
Greek Marinade for Chicken or pork

Mix all ingredients together into a paste in a small bowl and rub over chicken or pork
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 cup dried oregano, preferably Greek, or 1/2 cup chopped fresh
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsulfured (light) molasses
