Oatmeal Carmelitas

Melt caramels and cream. Cool slightly
- 64 light caramels
- 1/2 cup light cream or evaporated milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup butter at room temp.
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 can black olives chopped
- 1 package corned beef cut in small pieces
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 cup nuts
Strawberry Pie

Make crust first. Roll between two pieces if wax paper
- Crust:
- 1 small strawberry jello
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup + 2Tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 Tbsp cold water
Malibu Slush

Heat water and sugar. When dissolved add other ingredients and freeze
- 7 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Malibu Rum
- 1 cup peach schnopps

- 1 pkg. Oreda Hash Browns
- 3/4 lb. bacon
- 8 oz, cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion diced

- 2 cups milk

Beat eggs until light and fluffy, slowly add sugar and beat well

- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cups grated or shredded zucchini
