- 3/4 cup karo syrup
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups rice krispies
- 6 oz. chocolate chips

- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Pecan Crusted Spinach Artichoke Dip

Combine cream cheese, mayo, spinach, and artichoke, parmeson cheese, oniion and pepper
- 2 9 oz. stouffer side dish creamed spinach
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 14 oz. can artichokes
- 1/2 cup parmeson cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup crushed herb stuffing
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Fat Free Squiggle Salad

Cook macaroni and drain. Miix sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, mustard, pepper and parsley
- 1 # spiral macaroni
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp dry parsley
- 4 to 5 carrots(blanched 2 minutes)
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1/2 tsp dill weed

Coleslaw Dressing

- 1 3 oz. red jello
- 2 cups mini marshmellows

Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole

- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp. almond extract

- 1 Tbsp Karo syrup
