Ham Cranberry Glaze

- 1/4 c. cranberry-orange sauce
- 1/4 c. peach or apricot preserves
Ellen Colonder's Chicken Salad Oriental

Serve on croissants with lettuce and tomato if desired
- 4 cups chicken, coked and cut into cubes (about 4 breast halves)
- 1 c. celery diced
- 1 c. slivered almonds
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/2 t. each: celery seed, poppy seed, sesame seed
- 1 1/2 t. sugar
- 1 T soy sauce
Barge Family Sweet Potato Pie

Boil Potatoes until a for easily pierced through them
- 3-4 Lg. sweet potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 can of evaporated milk (13oz)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- (3) 9" deep pie shells
Deviled Eggs

Slice egg yolks in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
