Chocolate Crinkles/ San's

Mix oil, choc and sugar. Blend in 1 egg at a time until well blended
- 1/2 Cups Oil
- 2 squares Unsweetened Choc. or "6 T. Cocoa and 2 T. oil mixed together"
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
Turkey Roll

Crock on low 8-10 hours high 4 hours
- Thaw a turkey roll in refrig. Place 2-3 lb. thawed turkey roll in crock pot. Prepare 3 cups stove top stuffing according to directions on box. Pack this lightly around the turkey roll.
Sweet and Sour Chicken/ Fried Rice/ Vicky

Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees
- The chicken coating:
- 3-4 boneless chicken breasts
- salt + pepper
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- The sweet and sour sauce:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbs ketchup
- 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- Fried Rice:
- 2 cups 2 cups plus a little more Minute Rice
- 2 cups 2 cups chicken broth (chic paste and water)
- Bring water to a boil and add rice. Fluff and cover and remove from heat
- In fry pan:
- 1 TBS 1 TBS Sesame Oil
- 2 C 2 C frozen Mixed Veggies
- 4 4 4 Onions Chopped
- Fry up and move over to side of pan. Add TBS butter and scramble 3 eggs. Mix with Veggies.
- Add Soy Sauce
- Add Rice to veggie/egg mixture
Grape Salad/ San

- 4# Green Grapes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Easy To Make Salad / Vick's (Good)

mix oranges, pineapple and sugar- refrigerate overnight
- 4 oranges ( peeled and diced)
- 1 tall can pineapple tidbits (do not drain)
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 Tbls cornstarch
- 3 Tbls lemon juice (Optional)
- 3-4 bananas
- colored mini marshmallows
- optional: walnuts and apples
Pizza Casserole/Kruger Christmas

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot
- 4 jars Pizza Sauce (Ragu)
- 1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger (cooked and drained)
- 1 lb. Sausage (cooked and drained)
- 1 lb. Rotini Pasta (cooked and drained)
- 2 Cups (8oz) shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Cup Cheddar
- 1 Cups freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Pkg sliced Pepperoni
- 1/2 Cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup chopped Green Pepper
- A little fresh garlic

Can double the recipe. Mix together
- 3/4 Cup Shortening/butter
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp. Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 T. Oatmeal
- 1 3/4 Cup Flour

Sweet and Saltines
- Cooking spray
- 35 to 40 saltine crackers
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (about 1 1/3 cups)
Chicken Cream Cheese Chili/ Dykstra

1.) Place frozen chicken on the bottom of the Crock Pot
- 3 chicken breasts, frozen or thawed
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes/ diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 pkg Ranch dressing dry mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1- 8 oz pkg cream
Macaroni and Cheese/ Vi's

Put together in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered
- 2 T. Butter (melted) in a 9x13 pan
- 1 1/2 Cup Macaroni
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 inches Velveeta Cheese (off a block of cheese) cubed
- 3 Cups Milk
