- 2-3 medium carrots, julienned
- 2 hearts romaine lettuce, shredded

- 1/2 to 1 cup of fresh chopped basil
- 2 bundles vermicelli rice noodles, about 8-10 oz.
- 2 T cooking oil
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into small pieces

- For the Sauce:
- 3 T fish sauce*
- 3 T black soy sauce*
- 3 T golden mountain sauce*
- 3 T rice vinegar* (white vinegar will work too)
- 2 tsp sriracha* (adjust to taste, depending on how much heat you like)
- 3 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T sugar
