Heat oven to 375°E For crust and streusel,combine oats, flour, sugar and baking powder; mix well
- 2 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked) 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup (2 sticks) margarine or butter, melted
- FILLING
- 3 cups peeled, thinly sliced apples (about 3 medium) Ar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- One 12-ounce jar (1 cup) raspberry or apricot preserves
