- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow crème
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple Carpaccio with Lemon Sorbet and Candied Zest

Here's a refreshing dessert that looks and tastes spectacular
- 2 oranges
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 pineapple, chilled, peeled, and halved lengthwise
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 4 sprigs mint, for garnish (optional)
WILD BOAR LEG ROAST w/GOLDEN RAISINS

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 6-8 SERVINGS
- Serve with green beans and baby carrots that have a little butter. A light red wine will complement this dish.
