YARD LONG BEAN SALAD w/JAPANESE DRESSING

FOR THE BEANS: Bring a pan of salted water to a boil
- For the Beans:
- 1 pound yard-long beans
- For the Dressing:
- 1 teaspoon wasabi powder
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
VODKA CRAN COCKTL w/GRAPEFRUIT & VERBENA
