- 2 organic zucchinis, chopped
- 3/4 cup raw tahini
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp. Celtic sea salt

Pour boiling water over rolled oats, let stand 1 hour
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup rolled oats, regular not quick
- 1/2 cup molasses (1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup molasses)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 cups flour sifted
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 yeast package softened in 1/2 cup warm water

Pour the 1-2 Tbps. of olive oil in the pan
- 2 Tbps. olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 + garlic cloves, smashed & chopped
- 2 cans black beans (1 spicy) (14.5 oz cans each)
- 1 can (15 oz) fire roasted tomatoes
- 2-3 Tbps. smoked paprika
- 2-3 Tbps. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbps. fresh cumin

Place a large pot of water on to boil for pasta
- 1 lb. bucatini pasta (or penne)
- Salt
- 3 Tbps. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. bulk sweet italian sausage
- 4 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
- 1 bulb fennel, trimmed, quartered and core cut away, very thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, very thinly sliced
- Jar of peperoncinis
- 1 cup dry white wine or stock, eyeball it
- 1 (28-oz)can crushed San Marzano tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, plus some to pass at table
- 1 cup basil, 20 leaves, shredded or torn
- Crusty bread, for mopping

George's Chicken - Skinless Chicken Breast

- 4 chicken breast (cut in half length wise) or chicken tenders
- 1/2 head of garlic - peeled and chopped
- 2 tbps. dried oregano
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup pitted prunes
- 1/4 cup pitted spanish green olives cut in half
- 1/4 cup capers with a bit of juice
