  • 1-1/2 pounds bulk Italian sausage
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans (8-3/4 ounces each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 package (16 ounces) wide noodles, cooked and drained
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into strips

  • 2 Cups frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 15oz Can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 6 Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup jarred jalapeno slices, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Canola oil
  • 2 Tblsp Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbls Lime Juice
  • 1 teas Chili powder
  • 1 teas Molasses
  • 1/2 teas Salt
  • 1/2 teas Cumin seeds, toasted and ground

  • 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup raisins

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 teas. Vinegar

Saute the onions in butter and add the rest of the ingredients and cook until cauliflower is tender

  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3 cups Water
  • 3 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teas Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium head Cauliflower
  • May want to double this recipe.

  • Boil together:
  • 1 1/2 Cup boiled water
  • 2 beef boullion cubes
  • 2 regular carrots
  • Mix in a bowl:
  • 3 lbs ground Sirloin
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1 Cup Wheat Germ
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Oil
  • 3-4 handfuls cheese
  • 1/4 teas liquid smoke
  • Blend the following ingredients in blender until a powder:
  • 2 Cups Iams
  • 30 Brewer's yeast pills
  • 20 vitamin pills
  • 1/3 Cup oatmeal
  • Add to meat mixture in bowl.
