Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 lb. bacon - cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine bacon and vegetables. Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Refrigerate a couple of hours.
