Ingredients
- 36 Oreida French Fries or 28 Steak Fries
- 1 Cup of Shredd Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup of Monterey Jak Cheese
- 3 to 6 Slices of Cooked/Crumbled Bacon
- Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing for Dipping about 1/2 cup
Preparation
Step 1
I bake my fries on a baking screen in the oven until golden brown about 2o minutes
remove from oven and drop temp to 375 degrees
Transfer potatoes to a baking tray
and sprinkle first with cheeses and then the bacon
return to oven and bake until cheese is melted about 5 to 7 minutes
Serve with dressing
