Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. cooked & cleaned shrimp
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 heaping tbs. mayonnaise
- 1 heaping tbs. sour cream
- dash lemon juice or more to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle shrimp with lemon.
Mix Mayo, onion & sour cream with shrimp.
Chill overnight. Stir occasionally.
Can be made 2 days in advance.
