Ingredients
- 13.5 oz pkg whole wheat thin spaghetti,
- cooked & drained
- 16 oz pkg broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 c diced onion
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 lg cucumber, sliced
- 1 c walnuts
- 8 oz Italian dressing
- (1/2 c honey)
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
- (2 t salt)
- Dinner rolls
- (Butter)
Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to pkg directions, drain and put into large bowl. Steam the broccoli; add to spaghetti bowl. Add onion, tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, Italian dressing, honey, Parmesan cheese and salt. Mix well. Cover tightly. Store in refrigerator until the following day.
Heat dinner rolls and serve w/butter alongside
salad.
