  • 1 16 oz low fat Ricotta cheese
  • 1 C white flour
  • 1 C WW flour
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well. Roll into rope and cut dumplings.

Boil until float to top.....approx 3-4 minutes
