Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped parsely
- 5 carrots, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in large frying pan over medium heat.
Add carrots, quarter cup water, and sugar and cook.
Stir as needed.
About 7 minutes.
Add lemon juice and toss.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsely and top with lemon zest.
