Ingredients
- 6 c broad egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 c sliced onions
- 1/2 c shopped green peppers
- 1 can mushrooms, undrained
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c (1/2 of 250-g tub) cream cheese spread
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir until tender. Stir in mushrooms, soup, cream cheese spread and worcestershire sauce; cook 5 min or until heated through.
Drain noodles; place on serving platter. Top with meat mixture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
