Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on cob
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
- 2 tbsp. shredded parm. cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Soak corn in husks in cold water 10 mins. Meanwhile, blend butter, oil, and lime peel in small bowl; cover, and refrigerate. Preheat grill to med-high direct heat. Place corn on grill rack; grill 10-12 mins. or till tender, turning once or twice.
Remove husk and silks. Spread butter mix evenly on corn; sprinkle w/ parm. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.
