Ingredients
- 2 - 4 lb pork roast or pork loin
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 T. autumn seasoning (or all spice)
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 T. garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325 F. Mix all seasonings and run on all sides of pork. Place in a roasting pan and top with onion. Cook for 1 hour (more for larger roast) or until the internal temperature is 150-160 F.
