Autumn Pork Roast

  • 2 - 4 lb pork roast or pork loin
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 T. autumn seasoning (or all spice)
  • 1 T. onion powder
  • 1 T. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper


Servings 6


Step 1

Heat oven to 325 F. Mix all seasonings and run on all sides of pork. Place in a roasting pan and top with onion. Cook for 1 hour (more for larger roast) or until the internal temperature is 150-160 F.
