Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs broccoli (1 1/2 bundles)
- 1 10oz can cream of chicken soup (no liquid added)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Slice broccoli into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick pieces and boil in small amount of water until crisp and yet tender. Place in a greased shallow 2 quart casserole.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until bubbling.
