Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 6 C corn (8 ears)
- 1 diced onion
- 1/2 C ch red pepper
- 1/2 C ch green pepper
- 1 8 0z. pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 C half and half
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon over med heat until crisp. Reserve 2 T drippings. Crumble bacon and reserve.
Saute corn with onion and both peppers until tender, 6-8 minutes Add cream cheese and half and half. Stir and melt cream cheese. Stir in sugar and s & p.
Serve topped with bacon crumbles.
