Ingredients
- 2 C. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. butter/margarine
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan
Mix flour, oats, 3/4 c. sugar, and butter until crumbly
(Reserve 1 1/2 c. for topping)
Press remaining crumb mixture in pan
Bake 15 minutes
Cool
Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla
Pour over crust
Combine 1 T. sugar, cornstarch, and cranberry sauce
Spoon over crust
Top with remaining crumb mixture
Bake 40 minutes
Refrigerate before cutting
