Pork Chops and Apples with stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
  • 1 jar, 12 oz pork gravy
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/8 inch slices
  • 4 bone in pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 pound)
  • 1 medium red apple, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

1. heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 12 x 8 or 13 x 9 inch 3 quart glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place stuffing cubes in dish; stir in gravy.

2. Top with onion, pork chops and apple. Cover with foil.

3. Boke 40 minues. Uncover; bake 10 - 15 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink in center.
