Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed greens
- 3 T. balsamic vinegar
- 3 T. olive oil
- pinch of pepper
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 apple, seeded and chopped
- 1/8 cup coarse chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Mix balsamic, oil, and pepper. Toss with mixed greens. Toss in remaining ingredients and serve. Add your favorite protein for a main dish or alone serve as a side.
