Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg yellow two layer cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 can 16 oz pumpkin
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 12 cup aluminum bundt pan or angel food cake pan
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl
Beat 4 minutes at medium speed
Pour batter into pan
Bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan
