Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • Filling:
  • 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cool whip
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 pkgs of instant lemon pudding

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Combine margarine and flour and mix well
Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan or dish
Bake at 350 degrees for pan and 325 degrees for glass dish for 15-20 minutes
Let cool

Cheese Filling:
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar
beat together in mixer
Fold in 1 cup of cool whip and beat
spread over cooled crust

Pudding filling:
Combine milk with instant lemon pudding
let stand a little to thicken some
pour over cheese mixture
put rest of cool whip on top and sprinkle pecans on top if desired
