Ingredients
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 to 3 cups tomato pasta sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, cook shells according to package directions; drain well.
In medium bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, eggs and parsley.
Fill cooked shells with mixture.
Spread tomato sauce on bottom of a large shallow casserole dish.
Place filled shells on sauce.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
