Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 package (250 g) light cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- grated peel and juice from 1 lemon
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, blend black beans, cream cheese, garlic, lemon peel and juice together until smooth.
Stir in red pepper.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow flavours to blend.
Serve with crackers or corn chips.
