CHEESY ONION DIP

This warm onion dip is so easy to make-just chop, mix and bake.
Try serving it in a bread bowl. Cut off the top of a loaf of pumpernickel or sourdough bread and scoop out the middle to make a bowl. Reserve the chunks for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- chunks of bread
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together the onion, garlic, mayonnaise and cheese; transfer to a small casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes in the oven, until the onions are tender and top is golden.
Serve in the casserole dish or a bread bowl with chunks of bread for dipping.
