Tilapia Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 tsp. Greek seasoning
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Onion powder (to make up for the onion)
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. rinse fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Season and set aside.

2. Saute onion powder in half of butter on medium0high heat.

3. Add remaining butter to skillet and cook fillet 2 minutes.

4. Turns fillets over, add more onion powder on top and lemon juice.

5. Cook 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

6. Add more seasoning, if desired.
