Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Asparagus
- 1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 cup Parm Cheese
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop asparagus and ½ red onion, olive oil, cheese and red wine vinegar. Mix all together – add salt to taste.
