Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage - chopped
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
- 2 Tblsp horseradish
- 2 Tblsp lemon juice
- 1 red bell pepper - chopped
- 4 green onions - chopped
- 6 slices of bacon - cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix all ingredients together except for the bacon, until well incorporated
2) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours in order for the flavors to marry
3) Before serving, sprinkle bacon on top
4) Refrigerate any leftovers
Makes 8-10 servings
