Blue Cheese and Bacon Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage - chopped
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 Tblsp horseradish
  • 2 Tblsp lemon juice
  • 1 red bell pepper - chopped
  • 4 green onions - chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon - cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix all ingredients together except for the bacon, until well incorporated

2) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours in order for the flavors to marry

3) Before serving, sprinkle bacon on top

4) Refrigerate any leftovers

Makes 8-10 servings
