Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup sour milk (1 tsp vinegar)
- 1 cup banana pulp
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar, add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk and banana pulp, beating well after each addition. Bake in waxed lined loaf pan at 350 for 50 minutes.
