Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large clove garlic, cut into 2-3 pieces
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp water
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 cup Mayo or Vegenaise
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Check for seasoning. If you want thinner consistency, add a little more water. Excellent on roasted broccoli, crisp sturdy lettuces like romaine, or as a unique potato salad dressing.
